A concierge desk built around one precinct
Stay in Style AUS exists because Crown Perth rewards the prepared — and punishes the improvised. We are a small Perth team that arranges stays the way the precinct actually works: direct relationships, written confirmations, and the knowledge of which request lands where.
Why we exist
Crown Perth is Western Australia's largest entertainment complex — and its complexity is exactly why a dedicated desk matters. Rooms change category names between channels, restaurant allocations vanish at presale, spa slots release on schedules nobody publishes.
We started as the fix-it contacts hotel guests wished they had — the person who could get the corner suite confirmed, the omakase seats located, the transfer retimed when the flight slipped. Stay in Style AUS formalised that into a service: one message thread, one accountable coordinator, one itinerary that holds together.
We are proudly independent — not owned by Crown, not a booking engine. Our leverage is relationships and volume, and our loyalty is to the guest, not the inventory.

The precinct's material palette
Why Crown Metropol feels the way it does — the finishes our guests photograph most.
“A resort earns its stars in the details guests touch without noticing — the door weight, the marble seam, the light temperature at 6pm.
Art on the walls,
not the invoice
The precinct carries a rotating program of Western Australian artists — lobby installations, corridor works, sculpture on the riverside lawns. Most guests walk past pieces they would queue for in a gallery.

Artists work here, too
The precinct's residency program puts working artists in open studios through the year — guests watch pieces being made rather than merely hung. Ask the desk who's in residence during your dates.
- Open studio hours most afternoons
- Guest masterclasses monthly
- Studio evenings for resident patrons

A precinct that accounts for itself
Crown Perth publishes its sustainability program publicly — and we hold our own desk to the same standard. Every itinerary we issue carries the option to offset transfers, and every supplier we recommend is chosen partly on practice, not just polish.
- Solar generation across the complex rooflines
- On-site organics processing for precinct kitchens
- Single-use plastic phased out of guest amenities
- Swan River foreshore plantings maintained in-house

The reading rooms nobody books
Between the casino's energy and the pool deck's noise sit the precinct's least-known spaces — library-quiet lounges, vinyl listening rooms and window seats built for the Sunday paper.
- Curated shelves refreshed monthly by a local bookseller
- Analogue listening hours with the precinct's vinyl library
- Evening tea service in the quiet lounge
Perth's sky from the upper floors
Perth is one of the world's most isolated cities — which makes its night sky exceptional. High-floor river-aspect rooms face east across dark water; the rooftop vantage catches the Milky Way on winter nights.

Discretion as a policy
A share of our guests are people whose evenings would become content for someone else — executives between summits, touring artists, public figures on private trips. The desk is built for them.
- Bookings handled under privacy notes by default
- No staff photography, ever — enforced contractually
- Private routing coordinated with venue security

Florists before the lobby wakes
The precinct's floristry team works from before dawn — arrangements cut, conditioned and placed before the first breakfast service. Fresh stems greet arrivals daily; suite setups for celebrations are their quiet specialty.
It is the kind of detail that never appears on a booking confirmation and registers the moment you walk in — which is exactly how we think a stay should be arranged.
